On Friday morning, July 19, 2024, Habitat Riverside hosted its first Playhouse Build Day. The Playhouse Build Program is a unique volunteer opportunity that gives groups and individuals a meaningful, creative, and hands-on day of building playhouses. These playhouses are then donated to local children to provide a space to call their own. Funds raised through the Playhouse Build Program support Habitat Riverside’s mission of building homes, communities, and hope.

A team of fourteen volunteers from Willscot gathered to paint and build two playhouses for local children in one day. Willscot will donate the two playhouses to two children of families in our community. The playhouses will help provide a fun and safe place for them to play.
