What a great work day at Countrywood in Corona on Tuesday the 10th! A team from the Young Professionals Network (Real Estate Professionals) volunteered for Helping Hands. With the threat of storms last week, we were concerned about getting done quickly to let the units dry before any rain hit so we sent out a call for extra volunteers, just in case. As always, our volunteers came through like champs and we had almost 30 people to get the job done quickly. It was a little cool but not too cold for the paint to dry and the storm held off long enough to give the paint time to cure nicely before getting pounded with wind and rain late that night.
The homeowner, Conrado and his wife Maria worked side by side with the volunteers to help finish up in less than four hours. A really nice paint job and some great teamwork from a diverse crew. You would think these volunteers had known each other for years with everyone working, laughing and teasing each other as old friends do. Thanks again to YPN and our loyal volunteers. The homeowners are very happy people thanks to you.
