On September 24th, Habitat for Humanity Riverside celebrated the end of our Homes for Heroes project in Jurupa Valley by hosting a home dedication. We received wonderful community support as we saw attendance from the City of Jurupa Valley council, Thrivent Builds, Bank of America, the Economic Development Agency, Community Action Partnership, TORO, Fair Housing Council, other Habitat families, Habitat volunteers and of course, our Board.
Our newest Habitat family additions, Jerome & Tyrone Saxton are twin brothers who served in the Army for 2 years and then in the National Guard Reserve for 6 years. View their gratitude and humbleness for their chance at homeownership: Video
